What you get

35% of all sales — straight to the team fund

Traditional fundraising gives the team 20–25% and requires you to handle stock and logistics. With Rius Legacy each player sells via a unique link — no boxes to carry, no money to account for.

We handle products, packing and delivery. Customers Swish you directly — the money is in the team fund from the very first krona. We invoice 65% of the product sales plus our shipping costs when the campaign ends.

You decide whether the campaign has a fixed end date or runs open-ended — then you end it manually whenever you feel done.

How it works

Four steps to the money

Apply

Fill in a short form with basic info about your team. It takes under 5 minutes.

Get your store

Your admin page is ready in 1–2 days. Our entire range is included automatically and you get personal sales links for every player.

Sell

Each player shares their link with family and friends. Customers Swish product + shipping directly to the team's Swish number.

Get the money

The money is already on the team's Swish on an ongoing basis. You can sell for as long as you like — the first invoice comes after 3 months, then we invoice continuously. Each invoice is 65% of the product sales since the last one plus shipping; products to be distributed via the team are shipped together with the invoice. The rest is yours.

Shipping

You choose the shipping setup

When you set up the campaign you decide: should we handle all shipping straight to the customers, or should customers choose between home delivery and pickup via the team? With the second option the team can earn extra money on top of the 35% commission.

Option A — We handle everything

Home delivery straight to the customer

The customer pays the shipping (from 49 kr depending on the shipping option) per order. We ship the parcel to the buyer's home. We invoice you exactly the same shipping amount the customer paid — break-even on shipping. No work for the team.

Option B — The customer chooses

Home delivery (from 49 kr) or pickup via the team (19 kr)

Home deliveries go as usual straight to the customer. All team orders, however, we ship together on a shared pallet to the team — split per seller. Each seller's parcel is clearly labelled with the seller's name, so you can easily hand out the parcels to each seller, who in turn passes them on to their customers.

Our pallet cost varies between roughly 1,000–2,500 kr depending on volume and weight — we invoice you for that. Any shipping amount customers have Swished in beyond the pallet cost, the team keeps as extra revenue.
