Players, leaders and parents pitch in. Everyone contributes according to their ability. You build responsibility, collaboration and community while creating opportunities for the team to do things that might not otherwise have been possible.
It's an investment in both the team fund and the team culture.
What you get
35% of the VAT-inclusive product amount — to the team fund
Traditional fundraising often gives the team 20–25% and requires stock handling. With Rius Legacy each player sells through a unique link while the system tracks the order, payment route and sales period.
We handle products, packing and home deliveries. For pickup via the team, the team receives the customer's Swish; for home delivery, Rius receives payment through Stripe. Both routes give the team 35% of the VAT-inclusive product amount.
Every sales period has a fixed end date, up to three months. After settlement you can continue in a new period with the same account, sellers and links.
Running a school class or association instead? The model works the same way.
How it works
Four steps to the money
Apply
Fill in a short form with basic info about your team. It takes under 5 minutes.
Get your store
Your admin page is ready in 1–2 days. Our entire range is included automatically and you get personal sales links for every player.
Sell
Each player shares their link with family and friends. The customer chooses home delivery with secure Stripe payment to Rius or pickup via the team with Swish to the team.
Get the money
The team receives 35% of the VAT-inclusive product amount. Each sales period lasts no more than three months and ends with shared delivery and settlement. Rius's Stripe payments for home delivery are deducted automatically. You can then continue immediately with the same account, sellers and links.
Shipping
The customer chooses delivery
Both home delivery and pickup via the team are always available in the team store. The payment recipient and delivery timing are set automatically from the customer's choice.
Home delivery — paid to Rius
Home delivery straight to the customer
The customer pays the full order including shipping securely to Rius through Stripe. We ship the parcel directly. The direct payment is deducted in the period settlement and the team's 35% product share remains.
Via the team — Swish to the team
Home delivery (from 49 kr) or pickup via the team (19 kr)
Home deliveries go as usual straight to the customer. All team orders, however, we ship together on a shared pallet to the team — split per seller. Each seller's parcel is clearly labelled with the seller's name, so you can easily hand out the parcels to each seller, who in turn passes them on to their customers.
Our pallet cost varies between roughly 1,000–2,500 kr depending on volume and weight — we invoice you for that. Any shipping amount customers have Swished in beyond the pallet cost, the team keeps as extra revenue.
