A season of football costs money. Cup fees, training camps, match kit and away trips add up fast — and it shouldn't all fall on the parents. By selling clothing, your football team can raise money for the team fund with no cash handling, no stock and no cost to get started.

Why sell clothing instead of raffle tickets and cookies?

Traditional fundraisers rely on people buying something out of politeness — and a large share of the money disappears along the way. When the team instead sells clothing people actually want to wear, it's easier to sell, and you keep a much larger share: 35% of all sales.

The whole fundraiser is handled digitally. Each player gets a personal sales link to share with family, friends and on social media. There are no boxes to carry around and no cash to keep track of.

How your football team raises money — step by step

  1. Set a goal. Decide what the money is for — a cup, a training camp or new tracksuits. A clear goal makes it easier for players to motivate purchases.
  2. Apply and get your store. Fill in the application in under five minutes. Within 1–2 days the team has its own store with the full range and a sales link per player.
  3. Share the links. The players share their links. The more who share, the more the team raises.
  4. Get the money. Customers Swish product and shipping directly to the team's Swish number. The team keeps 35%; Rius Legacy invoices the rest plus shipping costs when the campaign ends.

How much can the football team earn?

The revenue depends on how many you are and how much each player manages to sell. Because the team keeps 35% of everything sold, the total grows quickly with the number of sellers.

Example at 35% commission

  • 20 players selling 1,500 kr each → about 10,500 kr to the team fund.
  • 22 players selling 2,000 kr each → about 15,400 kr to the team fund.
  • 18 players selling 3,000 kr each → about 18,900 kr to the team fund.

The example amounts are calculated on 35% of sales. Actual revenue depends on the number of sellers and sales volume.

Five tips that boost your football team's fundraiser

1. Get the whole squad involved

The fundraiser grows with the number of sellers. When every player shares their link, you reach far more buyers than if only a few are active.

2. Use the team's channels

A link in the parents' group, in the team chat and in the players' stories reaches more people than door-knocking ever did — and takes a few seconds.

3. Set a deadline

A campaign of 4–6 weeks creates a pressure that drives sales. Tie the end to something concrete, such as the registration date for the cup.

4. Show what you're raising money for

Tell people the money goes toward the team's trip or camp. A concrete goal makes more people want to contribute.

5. Remind people at halftime

A short update on how it's going toward the goal almost always produces a new peak in sales.
