Terms of purchase

1. About us and these terms
Earius International AB (reg. no. 559060-9748), which operates the Rius Legacy website, is the seller of all products on this website. Referred to below as "we", "us" or "Rius Legacy". These terms of purchase apply to all purchases made via riuslegacy.com.
By completing a purchase you accept these terms. We recommend that you read them carefully before ordering.
2. Order and order confirmation
Your order is binding once you have clicked "Pay" and the payment has been approved by Stripe. You immediately receive an order confirmation by email.
If for any reason a product cannot be delivered, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a full refund.
3. Prices and payment
All prices in the regular web shop are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including 25% VAT. Standard shipping within Sweden is 39–59 SEK and is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. For purchases over 695 SEK, shipping is free in the regular web shop.
For orders via a group campaign (team, school class or association) we work to return as large a share as possible of the purchase amount to the group. For that reason we unfortunately do not offer free shipping on group orders — the shipping cost is always added and shown at checkout. Payment for group campaigns is made via Swish directly to the group's sales administrator and is therefore VAT-exempt — prices in the group store are stated excluding VAT.
Payment is made securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard and other cards supported by Stripe. We never store your card details.
4. Delivery
We offer delivery via Early Bird, PostNord and DHL. Which options are shown depends on your choice at checkout.
Home delivery from the web shop: we process your order within 1–2 business days and the delivery time is then 2–5 business days. When your order ships you receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking link by email.
Home delivery via group campaign (Swish): the delivery time is counted from when the group's sales administrator has confirmed your payment, which happens as quickly as possible. After that the delivery time is 2–5 business days.
Distribution via the group (bulk delivery): if you chose "Pick up via the group" at checkout, all orders are shipped together to the group only once the entire sales campaign has ended. The seller you bought from then contacts you for distribution. This method takes considerably longer than home delivery but means a larger share of your purchase goes to the group.
During high load (campaigns, holidays) the delivery time may be somewhat longer than normal. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. If the parcel is not collected, we reserve the right to charge 149 SEK for return shipping and handling. See full delivery information at /leverans.
5. Right of withdrawal — 14 days
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you received your item, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59). For a return to be approved, the product must be unused, in original condition and with all tags still attached.
Use the return label that came with your delivery and drop the parcel off at a service point. We recommend trackable shipping. The return cost is 79 SEK and is deducted from the refund. Feel free to contact info@riuslegacy.com before you send it back and we'll help you.
Refunds are made within 5–10 business days after we have received and approved the return, via the same payment method used for the purchase. See the full return policy at /retur.
6. Right to complain — 3 years
You have a 3-year right to complain on all products under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. If an item is faulty or does not match the description, you are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund.
Contact us at info@riuslegacy.com with photos and a description of the fault. We handle all complaints free of charge.
7. Complaints and disputes
If you are dissatisfied with how we have treated you, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at arn.se, or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We undertake to participate in dispute resolution proceedings initiated via ARN.
