Via group
Shopped via a group? Different terms apply. We offer one free return shipment per group — contact your seller and us. See the section Exchanges and returns for group purchases.
1. Exchanges
Want to change size or model? • Contact us at info@riuslegacy.com — we'll send a return slip • Then place a new order in the web shop
For exchanges we cover the shipping on your new item within Sweden.
Note: Does not apply to purchases via a group — see "Exchanges and returns for group purchases" below.
2. Returns
We offer returns within 14 days from when you received your order.
For a return to be approved, the product must be: • unused • in original condition • with all tags still attached
3. Returns — Sweden
• Use the return label that came with your delivery • Drop the parcel off at a service point • Feel free to let us know by email that the return has been sent
Return cost: 79 SEK (deducted at refund)
Contact us at info@riuslegacy.com before you send your return and we'll help you with instructions.
We recommend that you ship with trackable delivery.
4. Refund
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund is made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund is normally made within 5–10 business days.
5. Complaints
If you have received a defective or faulty item, contact us at info@riuslegacy.com and we'll help you further.
6. Uncollected parcels
If you do not collect your parcel, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 149 SEK for return shipping and handling.
7. Exchanges and returns for group purchases
Did you shop via a group's web shop (riuslegacy.com/lag/[groupname])? These terms apply — read through them before you initiate a return or an exchange.
We offer one free return shipment per group. This means your seller or sales administrator gathers all returns and exchanges and sends them to us together. Contact your seller and us at info@riuslegacy.com.
A 14-day right to return applies to all products, except underwear (for hygiene reasons). These can only be exchanged in the event of a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges: Contact your seller and us at info@riuslegacy.com. If you send via the group's joint shipment, the return shipping costs 49 SEK. If you send on your own, the exchange costs 98 SEK. We then instruct you on how to proceed with the exchange.
Returns: Contact your seller and us at info@riuslegacy.com within 14 days of receipt. Returns sent via the group's shipment are included in the free return — returns sent individually cost 79 SEK.
The payment went via Swish to the group — we coordinate the refund with the sales administrator. The money is returned to you normally within 10 business days after we have approved the return.
