Delivery & shipping

Everything you need to know about delivery time, shipping cost and tracking your order.

1. Delivery time

We process your order within 1–2 business days. The delivery time is normally 1–4 business days for home delivery.

For delivery via the group (distribution through the group's sales administrator) it takes considerably longer, since all orders are collected and shipped together to the group once the entire campaign has ended. This is clearly marked at checkout when you make your choice.

2. Shipping cost

Web shop (Sweden): • Free shipping on purchases over 695 SEK • Standard shipping: shown at checkout depending on the chosen carrier

Purchases via a group campaign: For orders that go via a team, a school class or an association, we work to return as large a share as possible of the purchase amount to them. For that reason we unfortunately cannot offer free shipping on group orders — the shipping cost is always added and shown at checkout.

3. Delivery methods

We ship our parcels with: • Early Bird • PostNord • DHL

Available delivery options are shown at checkout. For distribution via the group, a single bulk delivery is made to the group's stated address after the campaign has ended.

4. Tracking

When your order ships you receive a delivery confirmation by email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

5. Uncollected parcels

If you do not collect your parcel, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 149 SEK for return shipping and handling.

6. Delays

During high load, for example during campaigns and holidays, the delivery time may be somewhat longer than normal.

7. Incorrect address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address when ordering. Rius Legacy is not responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed due to incorrect details.

8. Delivery problems

If your delivery is delayed or has not arrived within the stated time, please contact us at info@riuslegacy.com and we'll help you further.
