Terms for group orders

Version 2026-08-31. This is our own English translation for information; the Swedish terms are the source text.

1. Parties and scope

These terms apply when you, as a private customer, order through a fundraiser run by a group, school class, association or team and the group is identified as the seller before purchase. The named group is the seller and your contractual party. The person who shares the sales link or takes your order assists the group but does not personally become the seller.

RIUS Legacy AB, company registration number 559595-2002 (“Rius Legacy”), supplies products, the ordering system and administrative support and may handle delivery, returns and complaints on behalf of the group. This does not change the identity of the seller.

You must be at least 18 or have a guardian's approval. A binding agreement is formed when the order is confirmed. Check the details and contact your seller or the group's sales administrator if anything is wrong.

2. Products and prices

The product, quantity, price including VAT and total are displayed or provided before the order is confirmed. Images and colours may vary slightly due to screens and production. Obvious writing or pricing errors may be corrected before the order is fulfilled. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

3. Payment

Pay the group as instructed when ordering, normally by Swish. Do not pay Rius Legacy unless expressly instructed otherwise. Payment must be made by the deadline stated by the group.

4. Sales period and delivery

The group's sales period is no longer than six weeks. Delivery may take place earlier, but the order is normally distributed within about eight weeks and no later than nine weeks after the order confirmation, unless another delivery time has been expressly agreed.

The goods are delivered together to the group at no separate shipping cost to you and are then distributed by the group. Ask your seller or the sales administrator when the sales period ends and when distribution is expected. If delivery is delayed, you have the rights provided by the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period starts on the day after you receive the goods or, for split deliveries, the final item.

Give clear notice to your seller or the group's sales administrator within the period. You may state your name, order number and the products concerned. No reason is required. You may also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's model withdrawal form and give it to the sales administrator.

Open the model withdrawal form — using it is optional.

6. Consolidated return and refund

Speak to your seller or the sales administrator to coordinate the return. Hand the product in through the group's consolidated return as instructed. Do not send it directly to Rius Legacy unless specifically instructed.

The consolidated group return is free. Return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving notice. You may examine it as needed to assess its properties, function, size and fit. The group may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what was necessary.

The group refunds you without undue delay in accordance with law and may wait until the goods have been returned or you have shown that they were handed in for return.

7. Underwear and hygiene seal

For underwear supplied in specially sealed hygiene packaging, the right of withdrawal and voluntary exchange do not apply once the hygiene seal has been broken. Opening only the shipping packaging or an ordinary outer package does not break the hygiene seal.

If the hygiene seal remains intact, the normal right of withdrawal applies. This exception never affects the right to complain about faulty goods. Multipacks must be returned complete unless an individual faulty item is the subject of a complaint.

8. Voluntary size exchange

Where the requested size is available, the group offers a free exchange through its consolidated return. Contact the seller or sales administrator. The product must be fit for resale and any hygiene seal must remain intact. A voluntary exchange does not limit your right of withdrawal or complaint rights.

9. Complaints

If the goods are faulty, you may complain to the group under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. The complaint period is three years from receipt. Notice given within two months of discovering the fault is always timely.

Contact your seller or the sales administrator with the order number, a description and preferably photographs. Rius Legacy may handle the matter for the group. An accepted complaint must not cost you anything and may, depending on law and circumstances, result in repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation.

10. Personal data

The group and Rius Legacy process the personal data needed for ordering, payment, delivery, returns and complaints. Rius Legacy's privacy policy explains the allocation of responsibilities and processing in more detail.

11. Contact and disputes

First contact your seller or the group's sales administrator. Rius Legacy can be reached at info@riuslegacy.com and may assist on behalf of the group.

If the matter is not resolved, you may refer an eligible dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. Swedish law applies and mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.
